At first they were great helped us pay our Edison bill.. .Then we went to see them twice and jumped through all the hoops and we were so relieved that they were gonna help with our water bill but at the last minute she said she couldn't because we lived in Clinton twp!! We were turned down by them and several others for help paying on our house because it was a land contract.. I begged them twice so 9 days before Christmas all our stuff was thrown out on the lawn and broken. My son and I have been homeless ever since.. But just look on this web site and it says they will help pay on a mortgage.. So this really upsets me anything would have helped to keep our home and keep us from being homeless!!!!
