T-Mobile at 26127 Hoover Road, Warren, Michigan.

I have had AT&T for the longest time... just recently I thought to switch carriers but was extremely nervous. I seen the T-mobile store on my way to Kroger and thought I would stop in just to see what my options were. I must say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. One of the girls, I believe her name was Christina Grincaj or Grojcaj... Christina Gojcaj?, She went above and beyond. I kept apologizing to her for all the questions I had... she kept telling me not to apologize... that it was her job! One of the big reasons I wanted to switch carriers is because I'm older and I have so many questions when I get a new phone, the customer service people at AT&T are always rude and make it apparent that they have better things to do than answer my questions. I made the switch and couldn't be happier! I finally have a place, close to my house, that I can go to if I have any questions or concerns! Keep up the good work guys!
